Starwheel Manufacturers is an Australian family owned business located in Western Sydney. It was founded by Tony Chapman in 1982 after many years experience in the packaging and bottling industry. Tony’s son Aidan Chapman joined Starwheel in 1991 and is now the Managing Director of Starwheel Manufacturers.
We specialise in the manufacture of change parts ie Starwheels, guides, timing screws and associated parts.
We use the latest cad cam software to produce drawings in 2D and 3D models. These are then used to produce toolpaths, and directly downloaded to the respective machinery to produce the parts required.

With more than 35 years in the packaging and bottling industry, we have solved many production problems, with innovative solutions, always with the objectives of quality, productivity and ease of changeover.
Starwheel Manufacturers are well known in the packaging trade for providing a comprehensive service from initial concept through the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of all components.
Modern production lines have to handle fragile containers of complex shapes, shapes that have been impossible to produce without the aid of computers. Starwheel Manufacturers use the latest CAD/CAM software to produce changeparts. Over many years we have developed our own machinery.
Customer design drawings can be easily transferred from their CAD system to ours via one of several formats.
The sophisticated software means we can efficiently process a quantity of “one offs” to hundreds or thousands, both in metal or plastic.
